How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Anthony Carabello began his industry career in June 1989 as CEO and President of Berks Credit & Collections, Inc. It was this first start-up company that inspired him to concentrate in the healthcare industry.
While working in the medical industry, Mr. Carabello saw the challenges providers were facing; from purchasing and training with new technology, staffing shortages, higher balances for self-pay patients and the ever changing regulations. It was this realization that inspired Mr. Carabello to start his early-out and extended business office company, OutReach, LLC.
OutReach, LLC was designed to help elevate providers’ struggles with decreases in their revenue, resources and capital. As an extension of the provider’s business office through OutReach, we are able to create customizable solutions to help manage these challenges. OutReach will examine current practices to help identify inefficiencies and will offer solutions that makes any provider utilize best practices that will generate revenue growth while maintaining patient relationships.
With every new client, Mr. Carabello enjoyed teaching their staff how to collect from patients. By 2004, he was influenced and honored by his own clients to become an educational healthcare speaker and leader in the industry. Mr. Carabello had created Collector University– free seminars and educational training-to share his knowledge with all providers whether a client or not. He teaches through his collections experience to patient account representatives that communication with a patient regarding an outstanding balance does not have to be stressful. In fact, through Mr. Carabello’s proven techniques it can make the job rewarding
Mr. Carabello’s newest formation of AR Logix, Inc. will allow the company to share resources and synergize new strategies to all our clients who are currently being serviced by OutReach, Berks Credit & Collections and Collector University. With the AR Logix brand of companies, medical providers will be able to use best practices in enhancing recoveries and improving efficiencies.
