The Agency was founded by Ira G. Mohler and is currently owned by Sandra Lynn Mohler, President/Managing Partner, Kim David Unger, Vice President/Managing Partner and Scott A. Hoover, Secretary, Treasurer/Managin Partner
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have a long standing reputation of providing exceptional service to our customers. Because we take pride in providing unparalled service, our customer retention rate is over 90%. We're an independent agency representing a variety of A+ rated insurance companies. We have been representing these excellent insurance companies for 40-60 years. Our Agents are college graduates and have earned the following designations: Certified Insurance Counselor, Chartered Life Underwriter, Accredited Advisor of Insurance, Registered Employee Benefits Consultant, Registered Health Underwriter, Life Underwriter Training Fellow and Associate in Claims. Our Customer Service Representatives have been with our Agency for over 30 years.
